Terms and licence
Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Licence
When you buy a Mula OS product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in one business (one company or one group of companies under the same owners). You may make copies for people working in that business. You may not resell, share publicly, sublicense or republish the templates, the Autopilot kit or any part of them. Using Mula OS across several separate businesses needs a licence for each one; email support@mula-os.com if you have questions.
Updates and support
Paid products include free updates for 12 months from purchase through your store library. Email support@mula-os.com for help; we aim to reply within two working days.
Faulty files
Purchases are handled by Gumroad, our merchant of record. If a file is faulty or won't open, email support@mula-os.com and we will fix or replace it.
Not advice
Mula OS provides templates and general information. Nothing in our products or on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Rules differ by country and change over time; example figures are illustrative. Check with your accountant, company secretary or lawyer before acting.
Your responsibility
You decide what to enter and what to do with the results. The Mula OS Autopilot kit only proposes changes and drafts; it never sends, pays or files anything, and material changes need your approval. You are responsible for your AI assistant subscription and for how you use it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
