This website
mula-os.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security for a short period. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply and, if you asked, to run the Mula OS Cloud beta.
Store purchases and free downloads
Our store runs on Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. Gumroad collects your name, email and payment details and shares your name and email with us so we can deliver the product, provide support and, if you agreed, send you emails about Mula OS. We never see your card details. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email.
Products you use on your own computer
The Excel workbooks run on your computer and send nothing to us. The Mula OS Autopilot kit runs on your computer with your own AI assistant: your files stay on your computer, your assistant reads them under your AI plan's terms, and nothing is uploaded to Mula OS.
Mula OS Cloud (beta from 2026-2027)
- What we collect: account data (name, work email, company name, country, role); company records you or your team enter (roadmap progress, readiness answers and scores, registers, change requests, notes); billing status; and service data (sign-in events, which tool was called and when, errors) for security and support.
- The Mula OS Readiness connector stores nothing: answers are scored and returned in the same request.
- What we don't collect: we don't read your Claude conversations, memory, chat history or uploaded files. A connector receives only the inputs of the tool Claude calls. We don't sell data or show ads.
- How we use it: to provide the service, keep it secure, bill you, support you and improve the Mula OS method using aggregated, de-identified statistics only.
- Where it is stored: encrypted at rest in Singapore. Backups are kept for 30 days.
- Who can see it: members of your company workspace according to their role, advisers you invite, our sub-processors under contract (hosting, database, sign-in, payments), and authorities only when the law requires it.
- Retention: company records are kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation so you can export them, then deleted. Audit logs are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's and Singapore's personal data protection laws and other applicable laws, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email support@mula-os.com; we reply within 21 days.
Changes
We will post changes here and, for Mula OS Cloud account owners, email at least 14 days before a material change.
